What is the impact we want to achieve? 

We want to revolutionise the way in which children from low-income backgrounds are educated. We hope to see more of them in well-paid sectors, like tech, after achieving the qualifications and grades they need to apply. 

Our bold goals

1. 95% of our young people acquire the formal skills to make applications to junior Product Design, Developer and Manager jobs.

2. 90% of our young people secure jobs within the professions they’ve trained for within 6 months of completing the programme.

3. 88% of our young people are able to be employed within the professions they’ve trained for, for 18 months or longer.
